Eukarya Christian Academy is a private, non-denominational Christian academy serving Kindergarten through 12th grade in the Shenandoah Valley. Full-Time Classical Christian Education: Our core Lower School (K-6) and Upper School (7-12) programs follow the classical Christian model, providing rigorous academics integrated with biblical truth.

Athletics Program: ECA Athletics builds character and teamwork through competitive sports including soccer, volleyball, basketball, and baseball. Our athletic program is open to both full-time ECA students and homeschool families, emphasizing Christ-centered coaching and sportsmanship.

Homeschool Academy: Recognizing that some families choose to homeschool, we offer flexible part-time enrollment options where homeschool students can take specialized courses, participate in electives, and enjoy community and social opportunities while receiving support for their homeschool journey.

The Learning Center: Our individualized academic support services provide one-on-one tutoring, learning differences support, academic intervention, and study skills development. The Learning Center ensures every student receives the personalized attention needed to succeed.

Fine Arts & Drama: Students cultivate creativity and expression for God’s glory through annual drama productions, music programs, and visual arts opportunities.

Missions & Service: Through international mission trips and service learning opportunities, students develop a global perspective and biblical worldview through hands-on ministry experience.

Our Approach

Classical Christian Education

We follow the time-tested classical model of education, which recognizes that children learn differently at different developmental stages:

• Grammar Stage (K-6): Building strong foundations through memorization, phonics, and core knowledge
• Logic Stage (7-8): Developing critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills
• Rhetoric Stage (9-12): Cultivating persuasive communication and independent thought

Our students consistently achieve above-average IOWA Test Results in Language Arts and Math. We offer six areas of academic concentration, allowing high school students to pursue their interests and prepare for future careers. Nearly 50% of our juniors and seniors take advantage of dual enrollment opportunities, earning college credits while still in high school.
